Gordon Lee Chun-lok is the current World Champion Harmonicist from Hong Kong. He has been performing globally in the New York Carnegie Hall, Vienna Muth Concert Hall, and Singapore Esplanade, as well as renowned venues in Seoul and Germany. Some of his repertoire includes Spivakovsky’s Concerto for Harmonica, Farnon’s Prelude and Dance for Harmonica and Orchestra, Moody’s Toledo for Harmonica and Orchestra, among others.

Born and bred in Hong Kong, Gordon graduated from the EdUHK where he was awarded the President's Commendation. He then continued his training with master harmonicists Franz Cheml, Sigmund Groven and is currently trained under the two-time Grammy Award Winner, Howard Levy and Sheng master Cheng Tak Wai.

Gordon´s deep understanding towards different genres of music allows him to combine various musical elements togetherr (i.e.  pop, jazz, classical and Chinese music) into a magical style of his own. The young artist becomes the ambassador and the bridge to connect different cultures and generations. His latest CD, Gordon Lee and his Encore Trio, was released in 2018 and received worldwide positive feedback and recognition. 

Encore Trio was founded in 2017 by Gorden LEE (Harmonica), Liyan HE (Piano) and Nancy WONG (Flute) in Hong Kong.

Since debuting, they have been enthusiastically performing across Asia, keeping up appearances at Singapore’s “Huayi” China Festival (held in Esplanade Theatres on the Bay), Korea’s Seoul International Harmonica Festival, and Guangzhou’s Guangdong International Harmonica Festival. They are often invited to perform in prestigious venues in China, including Central Kaifeng Book Mall, Jiangmen Performing Arts Center and Shenzhen B.Park. The trio also makes regular visits to the local universities, and has been broadcasted by the Radio Television Hong Kong.

Nancy Wong (Flutist)
Nancy Wong was born in Hong Kong. She learnt to play piano at an early age of four, followed by flute at the age of fifteen under the tuition of famous flutists including Timothy Wilson and Derek Jones. She was graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2014 and obtained a master
s degree in Music (Music Performance).

As a soloist, Nancy has performed in various stages in Hong Kong and overseas. In 2019, Nancy won the first prize in Hong Kongs MYBK music competition.

Liyan HE (Pianist)
An internationally award-winning pianist, Liyan He performed at a number of venues worldwide, including Carnegie Hall in New York City, Berkner Hall at Brookhaven National Laboratory in Long Island New York, Teatro Verdi in Pordenone of Italy, Convention Hall at Isrotels Royal Beach in Eilat of Israel, Yan Huang Art Museum in Beijing, Shenzhen Concert Hall, Xiamen Hongtai Hall, Shanxi Song and Dance Troupe, Hong Kong Cultural Centre, Peiking University, Arizona State University in the USA, Chinese Conservatory of Music, Shanghai Conservatory of Music, Xinghai Conservatory of Music in Guangzhou and Guangxi Arts University.

He performed concertos with Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra, Xiamen Philharmonic Orchestra, and Hong Kong Youth Symphony Orchestra. He was the cameo in Clash of the Soloist by Igudesman & Joo, performed with Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra.

His recording has been broadcasted through RAI Radio 3 in Italy, RTHK Radio 4 and TVB in Hong Kong of China.

He is the jury in Liszt International Youth Piano Competition, SAE International Youth Piano Competition, Hong Kong Music Talent Competition.
